And anyhow they use the skins to make far more valuable items than what they pay for the skins. In fact they pay for the convenience of not having to do the skinning so it is a win win situation.

Fishing is the other great profession for making gold in wow. On a few servers quite a few players make up to 300 gold an hour without any problem. Besides it’s not just fish that you can catch but also valuable items like blue and rare purple items that you can very easily re-sell at the AH for hundreds if not thousands.

If you do a lot of grinding you will collect a lot of money, items etc from mobs that you obliterate which sum up to a lot of gold over time. It is the most boring way to make gold in world of warcraft but the most sure. But it is even more rewarding and effective if you have good knowledge of places where you can grind monsters where you return in gold is quite high. I know for a fact that grinding giants in winterspring is very profitable if you are at level 50. An hour spent here grinding these mobs should yield on avarage 50 to 100 gold.
