Your partner asks you to pop to the shops for something they need, you can manage it because you are involved in Online Jobs, so nobody is sitting nearby waiting for your input and it will only take you a little while.

The car needs to go for a service, so you are chosen to do this task, because you Work From Home, so are free to go to the garage any time. The youngsters need to attend after school clubs, so you are designated taxi driver, because being involved in the Internet Business, you can fit your hours around your children.

Daytime telly has some good documentaries which could be used to study for your Online Jobs. However, once you are watching the telly, it is likely to get left on, you see there is a programme you recall watching years ago and wonder if it is as good as you thought at the time.

Before you know it, your week is finished and you realize that you have not achieved anything like the amount of work you assumed you would do at the beginning of the week. Where has the time gone?

All the above distractions are fine when taken singly, but when they all come together, you see that aiming to Work From Home is actually much more of a struggle than you thought it would be. It is time to set some rules in place.
